Free vasectomy...
Does anyone here have an idea of where and how to get vasectomy operation done free of charge on the NHS? Your suggestions and advice would be highly appreciated.

Can anyone help with iron levels?
The endocrinologist suggested I get tested for haemochromatosis due to high ferritin levels. GP has done an iron panel first and if it doesn't meet criteria I won't be referred for genetic testing. Can anyone tell me anything about these results in relation to high ferritin and/or haemochromatosis?!

How manage weight loss after Total Gastrectomy
My husband recently suffered radical surgery to remove all his stomach and half his esophagus due to cancer. (Roux en Y) He is almost 3 months post op, taking creon 3 times a day, and doing good morale wise. However, we cannot manage to put a stop to the weight loss. His medical team was only able to

Scar Advice
After advice I had a total hysterectomy and other things - I have a large scar going up to my rib cage - I had 51 staples so quite large. It’s taken me a while to touch the area and now I’d like to know what you lovely ladies use on your scars to make them less dry as to date I’ve not used anything as

Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Hello, I am 48, I have MS and I was recently diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast cancer, grade 3, with lymph node involved. I have just finished with 2/4 AC with 12 weeks of taxol after. I am waiting on gene studies to make a decision on lumpectomy vs mastectomy after chemo. What are others thoughts

Producing new red blood cells
I have Haemochromatosis with mild iron overload which requires regular blood letting (venesections) until my ferritin reaches an optimum level of 50 with a transferrin saturation of below 50%. The venesections should be weekly but for some reason my body can’t tolerate this so I am having monthly sessions

Hello Thanks to the advice here I feel I’m finally on track to much better health. However I’ve just had my results back and it’s showing persistent low ferritin despite heaps of more red meat and liver and high vitamin 12 despite not taking it and high cholesterol now (which is new) Presently I take

Possible preventative mastectomy
Hi, following treatment for stage 4 ovarian cancer I found out I have the BRCA1 gene. I was tested due to my age at diagnosis and family history of breast cancer. I’m now considering preventative double mastectomy with reconstruction. I’m due to see the surgical team on Friday to discuss my options.

Feeling somewhat pants!
Hey guys I just did some tests as I feel terrible and so so tired and it's been getting worse over the past year. I was expecting them to come back awful to be honest as I've had far worse and felt better so was a little surprised that they were far from the worst I've had: Red Blood Cells Haemoglobin
