Everol Conti patch
I’ve been pretty healthy up to the stage of menopause where I really struggle. Started taking HRT two months ago where symptoms improved to my relief but the HRT side effects relate to very mild symptoms of heart attack (confirmed by NHS services). Reduced the patch by half todays ago. Should I cut down

Problems with podiatry insoles?
Hi All, a few weeks ago I managed to get podiatrist appointment due to the problems with my left foot (painful metatarsals, collapsed arch and toes spreading, big toe joint fused). I was really grateful to have a thorough examination and come away with some insoles which I really hoped would help. I

Do I need to up my patch dose?
Hi All, I've been on Evorel 25 patches for 12 months now. (I have a mirena coil for the progesterone) I was unable to tolerate a higher dose than 25 and this dose did help with many of the symptoms I was experiencing. I recently had a recurrence of some symptoms, including a couple of hot flushes

I've just had more blood tests, 6 weeks on through the Endo so no Ft3 and again he says they're in range! I really lost my sh*t and got out my list and explained how I've been feeling since having

hi there I’m new to this having only been diagnosed with PMR a month ago and am on 20 mg pred and omeprozole and GP has just prescribed AA which I am due to pick up today. Inflammatory markers are down from first bloods a month ago but symptoms are only slightly better so GP is keeping me at 20mg daily

Advice on my blood test results, please.
Hello, I was diagnosed in August and really benefitted from advice from people here. I am lacking confidence in the GP as I feel they don't do anything proactively, although they have seemed happy to follow the guidance I am given here. My blood test results are below. I have been prescribed Vitamin

Pain induced RLS?
I have a lot of arthritis pain that has worsened considerably over the last few months. At the moment I am on a three year waiting list for a knee replacement op. I live in North Wales. Incidentally I am also on a three year waiting list to attend the Pain Management Clinic. I take 8 Cocodamol a day

Can you take an iron supplement for a short time without gp prescription?
Hi My last Ferritin result was 64 (30-150) I have read that Ferritin better to be at least 80 to help thyroid hormones work. I have lingering fatigue, terrible hair and a couple of other things. I read that the hair thing can also be low ferritin? I'm taking vit d and b complex. There's no way on this
