Another day, Another Pain... Today its my mouth! Do you...
I was first told it was
tonsillitis
.. its not. Then possible tonsil stones, which also its not. Told it could be mumps... again a big fat no. I've been on antibiotics countless times and its not shifting. My Jaw Kills, the root of my mouth gets horrible pains.

quick question about keeping a peak flow diary...
Today I've noticed that I'm starting to get the symptoms that I always get when I get
tonsillitis
. Should I record this since I usually get a cough with
tonsillitis
? (as if it doesn't hurt enough lol!)

Ggrrr....tonsillitis strikes...advice about getting back with the programme needed!!
but have since both been struck down with
tonsillitis
and advised by our doctors that we shouldn't run for 2 weeks. I can tell I've definitely got the running bug because I'm actually feeling very down in the dumps about it!

Thank God Summers coming?
A little bit of Google Doctoring was required.I didn't go specifically to my GP about Raynauds but mentioned it when I had a bout of
Tonsillitis
I had some pictures on my phone of my hands and she was very supportive even mentioning that she suffers from it.

First meeting with asthma nurse next week. What will happen when I go?
I saw a nurse practitioner but also had
tonsillitis
and laryngitis at the time so I couldn't explain myself. She told me I didn't have a chest infection and that I should just ride it out. By Februaru it hadn't gone so I made an appointment with my GP. This was 5 weeks ago.

Has anyone managed to get over tonsillitis or a chest infection ok but is left with a niggling cough for weeks after, that will not go away?
This cough affects John especially in the evening and in the night and he is struggling to shake it off. Has anyone else experienced this?

Can anyone help me?
As you are all aware we are trying really hard to reduce his prednisolone, we have had a few problems with this as he had
tonsillitis
and as he now has adrenal suppression we had to give him another high dose of steroids....

Tonsillitis
Hi everyone Just wondering if anyone here gets
tonsillitis
? I never used to but I've now had it twice in the last two years and it's soooo painful. I thought it was only something that kids got? (i'm 25!) I also had glandular fever last year and was wondering if the two could be connected? Lejaya

Colds & the flu jab
On that note, I've gone and caught a cold-type bug that's kicked my asthma back off and my throat feels tight & bruised to breathe - I think
tonsillitis
is brewing. Do I need to wait for this to clear before going for a flu jab? Thanks!
