Tildiem & Palpitations
I have SVT and after much messing about from my GP and Consultant I am on 60mg of Tildiem twice a day. I have been on this for nearly two weeks and am getting almost constant palpitations - GP is insisting I keep going for a month before he will review the situation again if not any better. Has anyone

Raynauds 😒
I have been taking Adalat Retard for my Raynauds for about 2years with no side effects. Last week I went to my rheumatologist I told her I was having a lot of pain in 3 of my fingers on my right hand she changed my medication from Adalat to Idipine MR 20 , since taking them I'm experiencing bad headaches

Steroid injections or treatment assessment?
I wanted to have some thoughts from you lovely people on here. I was diagnosed 3 years ago with RA and have been having Mxt 15mg weekly since. My RA has greatly improved since the early days but I still have a lot of flares and can't do many of the things I used to enjoy. A year ago my rheumatologist

Drug availability
Hello all Just wondering if there's anyone who has also had problems getting nifedipine(Adalat) ?. It's such a common blood pressure pill that I'm surprised there are manufacture problems for it!. My GP surgery has put me on a substitute Adalat retard until they can get the original one again. Anyone

Drug change of Dilzem (Diltiazem ) to Tildiem (Diltiazem ) increasing insomnia ?
I've been unable to get my usual prescription of Dilzem SR 60mg capsules - I'm told there's a manufacturers delay - I've now had 3 nights of increasing difficulty sleeping - I'm only taking 60mg at bedtime - I had a Cryoablation 6 weeks ago and believe that I will have to continue taking this for at

PSA treatment
Hi, I was diagnosed with seronegative R A 2 years ago. Initially prescribed 15mg Methotrexate and folic acid which was moderately successful. 8 months ago it seems that I probably have a form of Psa as I've had patches of psoriasis and it runs in my family as does R A. Although my rheumatologist didnt

Hello, I've suffered with Raynauds for almost 3 years now. I have been prescribed Adalat Retard by my GP. Recently my symptoms have gotten worse, both my feet are affected as are both hands. My hands are getting worse , very painful and turn from white fingers to a greyish black colour, this usually

After being diagnosed with AF 3 years ago I soon gave up caffeine in tea and coffee as well as tonic water as they appeared to act as triggers. I've recently changed medication from Bisoprol beta blockers to a drug called Tildiem. My episodes of af seem to have increased since but the only factor common

Hi, as the title says I am actually doing o.k on my medication, Apixaban and Zemtard. They appear to be keeping things fairly well under control with only a few minor hic cups now and again. However there are a couple of things I would appreciate some advice with please if anyone can help. Have been

Possible Psa diagnosis now
My original diagnosis was RA 18 months ago but MXT has never been very successful. I was in pain every day. The only thing that helped was NSAIDs but the doc said I shouldn't be taking them along with the MXT. The last appointment with rheumy I showed him what I thought was psoriasis on one leg . Very

92 years old with AF
Four weeks ago my 92 year old mother in law had AF episode the day (bedtime actually) after we had left for our holiday. She was in hospital 8 days. ECG, Clexane injections and then Discharged on Tildiem (which she was first given only on day 7) - this made her feel awful so GP switched her to 1.25mg

Apixaban side effects
Hi all, I have been taking Apixaban for a couple of months now, as well as Zemtard and Simvastatin. I was taking Warfarin since a heart attack 2 years ago, but as I found it difficult to get to the surgery for INR during opening hours my Doctor offered me Apixaban which I am grateful for. My problem
