night shift & Hashimotos
hey everyone I am a nurse suffering with Hashimotos hypothyroidism- I have struggled to keep my TSH stable for past few years now - always fluctuating. I have recently noticed that working nights shifts makes all of my symptoms ten times worst + I feel even more exhausted & I constantly feel nauseous

Ttc with high tpo antibodies
I have had 3 miscarriages in the last couple of years. 1 spontaneous 2 mmc. Always around 6 to 7 weeks. I was given aspirin and progesterone on the last pregnancy but it didn't work. After my 3rd mc I had lots of investigations done and it showed I had high TPO antibodies. Everything else was normal.

Hi, I'm on levo for 2 months but last 6 weeks on 50mcg and been re-tested last week and just get results now but GP only tested TSH nothing else regarding thyroid ... I was feeling not best past two weeks and was hoping for dose adjustment but she said I'm on correct dose, but I feeling bit like before

Recommendation request
hello Please can anyone give me some feedback on Dr Christine Suppelt via private message please, listed on the private doctors list. Has anyone had any experience especially when TSH bloods return normal range and has symptoms. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks Jo

TSH levels
Can anyone advise please if a TSH of 2.28 (range 0.35 - 4.54 miu/l) is showing a need for thyroid treatment - this result is my partners - a male. Many thanks

Reduced levo
Hi. Doctor suggested I reduce levo as over 60 years now and surpressed TSH risk for osteoporosis. Like a fool, I agreed to a reduction of 25mcgs every other day even though I felt very well for the last seven years on my dose. After 3 weeks terrible heart palpitations mainly after eating. Slowed

Tests results: MTHFR mutation
Hey, hope everyone is doing well. So just as a bit of background I'm prepping for my third and final IVF cycle next month. After my second cycle failed my consultant recommended a heap of tests to just "cross the ts" and it's taken ages for all the genetic tests to come back. In that time the tests

help with brands
Hi Am new to the forum. Was diagnosed in February with hypothyroidism level TSH 12. Started on Levo 50 mg and it has come down to 5.1 and recently 4.7. GP has now put me up to 75 mg but collected today and they have given me totally different brands. Was taking mercury before and felt ok (ish) now

Problem with GP
I am at the end of my rope. My GP has put me down to 25mcg of levothyroxine every other day due to a constantly suppressed TSH. I am very unwell and due to have cataract surgery on the 14th. I am still taking 25mcg every day as I had extra tablets. The GP has said my results are normal (already posted

Test Variation
Hi all, Just a quick question. When you have a private test, why do the results vary so much from the GP tests? My TSH tests when done privately come back in the 6 and 7s but when I go to GP and they run them it comes back in the low 5s and therefore ‘normal’. I feel like I’m just wasting money on

This is an update to all the kind folks who were so concerned for me trying to stop medication. Just letting you know I made it six weeks without levo but my tsh shot up to 9.1 in a range of 0.36 to 3.74. Needless to say I am back on meds starting over with 25 and moving to 37.5 in another day. My 3
