TSH levels

Can anyone advise please if a TSH of 2.28 (range 0.35 - 4.54 miu/l) is showing a need for thyroid treatment - this result is my partners - a male.

Is that all that was tested? Because a TSH on its own doesn't tell us much.

What time of day was the blood draw?

Hi no nothing else at the moment but he will be having a full thyroid panel shortly I hope - I will come on again if I may to see what it is showing.
