I got restested and testosterone level checked. Thought I’d share for your interest. Seems like my TSH improved a little actually, so maybe the crazy strict diet helped.

But we're not interested in the TSH. In what way is it 'improved'? Has it gone up so that you've got a diagnosis? Whatever it's done, I doubt it had anything at all to do with your diet.

What we're interested in, primarily, is the FT3, and that is 66.09% though the range. However, your FT4 is much lower, only 39.74%, which is not 'normal', and more than likely a strong indication that your thyroid is failing, no matter what the TSH says. The FT3 should be slightly lower in range than the FT4.

Of course, as you have Hashi's, that could be something to do with the higher FT3, levels fluctuate. But, of course, as you have Hashi's, your thyroid is failing, and will continue to do so no matter what you eat.
