Any advice and support for recently diagnosed
I had blood tests which showed my
testosterone
was slightly high, I was told it was slightly higher than the range they would expect it to be, and from that they ‘think’ I have PCOS.

Tuff Nutt is back with lots of questions!
Extreme exhaustion sets in after a few plays of chasing rebounds and trying to obstruct these kids loaded with
testosterone
. Ha, ha, last week after getting whipped every game the last several months 1 on 1, I unexpectedly beat the 14 year old HS starter.

I am livid, confused , worried and scared as hell that my ORGOVYX -ADT symptoms are mine for life.
Yes my MO says we can start TRT (
replacement therapy ) BUT there is a whole lot of opinions that TRT will bring on a RECURRENCE and poke the bear.

Tips for Circumcision
My erections always woke me up at 4am (I think that's when
testosterone
production starts to peak) so I just got up for a pee and tried to sleep again.

Oestradial HRT & the thyroid, Lenzetto blood tests
I don’t have menopause symptoms, I had bottom of range
testosterone
, but this is now in range after HRT. Does your thyroid levels affect your oestradial level? I have just been switched to a gel as was told the blood tests on the spray Lenzetto aren’t always accurate. Is this correct?

My PSA is 2.9 and my
testosterone

dropped bicalutamide added Zytiga
PSA dropped 300/33
testosterone
dropped 650/20. Then another month of treatment.(no PSA yet ) Five days ago stopped bicalutamide and added Zytiga. Sexual interest/function seems to have returned. Is this coincidence or an issue with meds?? Good news bad news? Thoughts appreciated Thanks Pj

ADT or not?
I tend to refer to this treatment as ADT as shorthand because to my mind they both reduce
testosterone
. I wonder if I’m misusing ADT or does it matter?

My scans showed spread but......
They report on prolactin dependent prostate cancer which has no markers like a PSA and more die from it than
testosterone
dependent prostate cancer. Check them out.

DHEA max levels & info from my clinic
I paid for my levels to be tested, but then could not find recommended DHEA/
Testosterone
levels in the measurements above that my clinic test - My consultant said that there is a difference in what is "too high" from taking DHEA, and a natural
testosterone
level in a woman.

sweating with hypothyroidism
It has been found that I am very deficient in
testosterone
. Consultant is to prescribe a micro dose for me. I am 66 years old and been on HRT for a while. I have also cut back on Levi dose and this has helped too.

degeralix vs lupron
My husband received his first injection with Degeralix today to prevent the
testosterone
flare and next month the doctor is planning on a 3 month Lupron injection. From what I’ve been reading, it seems that the Degeralix may be better than Lupron with less side effects?

Update on my journey of elimination
One wants me on T3 only or majority T3 and potentially hydro, the other one on Armour only and hydro, and low dose transdermal
testosterone
. Hydro to be taken for about 2-3 months and tapered.

3 Months post ADT (Orgovyx) Still having hot flashes and fatigue-doing blood test in two weeks..for hopefully nadir..
August 30th will be my 90 day blood test I presume to see if my
Testosterone
is BACK TO NORMAL (I hope) and my PSA is less than .o2 ?? I understand that the
Testosterone
back to NORMAL is more possible in the short term (90 days) than longer term use of adt? Is that accurate?

Reporting results from Eclipse Trial
However PSA now has quickly shot up to .75 And since I stopped Orgovyx and Zytiga,
Testosterone
is going up. UCLA did a PSMA scan a few days ago that seems to reveal two small lesions- one in upper spine and nearby rib.

If immediately stopping after two years taking Orgovyx how long before testosterone begins to rise?
I’ve heard that
testosterone
returns quicker if using Orgovyx compared to Lupron. But I also heard that the longer on any ADT the longer the recovery. Or maybe
testosterone
never recovers? What do you guys think question
