Frustrated...and confused. Eltroxin?
Hi everybody, To cut the long story short, I have had started to add a bit of levo to my NDT (at first 12.5 mcg to 2 1/4 and 1/8 (!) Nature Throid, then increasing to 25 mcg Eltroxin after 4-5 weeks). You can see me bloods in my previous posts, that's after 12.5 mcg T4 + NDT (TSH around 0.013, FT3 above

So Random post but thought I'd share this today as I am amazed and equally disgusted. My Dad is currently on holidays in Spain and I was told you can get Levo over the counter without perscription so I sent him a picture of my Eltroxin and asked him to pick me up some boxes well when I heard that it

Blood tests following Thyroidectomy
Almost six weeks ago I had my thyroid and a parathyroid removed. I had a multinoldular goiter with too many nodules to count that I had been watching with blood tests and sonograms for 10 years. My blood levels were at the high normal range for hyperthyroidism. During the operation it was discovered

Change from Eltroxin to Ndt
Hi all, I switched from Eltroxin to Ndt on 1 Oct. I was taking 100mg of Eltroxin. The specialist told me to start at 30mg of Ndt and go up to 60 mg within 6 weeks then get bloods done and go back and see him. Not doing good at all. I started at 30mg for a week then 45mg for a week and started 60mg on
