I had my recent bloods done and had taken 1g ndt on morning of the test.
I’m on thyroids since March prior to this I was in eltroxin 75mg
Currently take 2g ndt daily morning and afternoon
Also take lexapro/enbrel/Ritalin
I’m feeling very hypo and had ultrasound done on remaining thyroid and that has a 7mm growth there which I’ve to go back again in six months for monitoring.
All other bloods in range B12 looks ok etc

What was the time gap between your last dose of NDT and your blood draw? It should be 12 hours. Any closer to the blood draw and your results will show a false high for FT3, any longer and you will have a false low FT3.
Are you taking your other medication and any supplements well away from your NDT so that absorption of the NDT isn't affected?
You say your other bloods are in range and look OK, but are they optimal?
Bloods drawn 10:30am ndt taken 7am that same morning.
B12 was in range but not optimal so currently using the spray by better for you along with vit d and k spray I usually taken vitamins 4 hrs away from ndt
I definitely feel hypo recently and enbrel is new along with methotrexate and lexapro so I’m thinking are these affecting my ndt
Bloods drawn 10:30am ndt taken 7am that same morning.
So unfortunately your result isn't accurate, it's showing a false high FT3 because of the fact that you took your NDT only 3 and 1/2 hours before the blood draw. To get an accurate result you need to retest and make sure you leave the 12 hour gap between your last dose of NDT and blood draw.
You may need to increase your dose but you wont know for sure how much wriggle room you have until you get an accurate FT3 result.
I don't know anything about the medications you mention, but you can Google for interactions and make sure you take them as far away as possible from your NDT.
Have you tested your Ferritin level? All vitamins and minerals need to be optimal for any thyroid hormone to work, ie
Ferritin is on the lower side and find it hard to get it up to optimal level but that has always been the case.
No interactions between meds but have been taking ndt same time as lexapro so maybe this is a big mistake so will do as you say and leave a time between them and recheck bloods in a a fortnight again leaving that 12 hour window.
If you're not vegetarian then eating liver regularly will help raise ferritin - maximum 200g per week. Or liver pate, or black pudding. If vegetarian then Google for iron rich foods.
Absolutely essential to take everything else at least 2 hours away from NDT, ideally as far as possible.
