GABA & Taurine
Is anyone aware of effects of using GABA to relax and
Taurine
to get into the gym? I’m on Pluvicto and having a hard time with fatigue and also restlessness in bed. Thanks!

Oh, I should note, my PVCs got really bad, and through this forum, I learned about
taurine
and l-arginine, which combination actually does seem to have completely eliminated them. Which is possibly why other elements of my bloodwork have caught my attention?

A suggestion that is working well, for me at least. AT least for now.
Taurine
, magnesium, magnesium oil, progesterone cream , vitamin C, etc- all helped but only temporarily. Before I was sleeping quite well and only needing to take things before bed, and once during the night. Well, I thought of something else, and looked it up. That is St. John's Wort.

Taurine supplements New Scientist Page 18, 17 June 2023
There is a research article in the news article section of the New Scientist that week saying that
Taurine
supplements may extend lifespan and health as we get older. 12,000 60 year olds were analysed and higher

Good resources regarding vagal AFIB?
I tried
taurine
because, on another list, several people swear by
taurine
and claim it can stop an episode or eliminate their AFIB completely.

Personal Sleep PR
I was ornery and skipped my tea,
taurine
and glycine routine. I went to bed, I did the usual stretches and kicks but feel asleep rather quickly. When I woke up, I felt like I had become one with the bed. It was amazing.

Taurine and ADT weight gain
Does the community have any info on whether
taurine
can help, in conjunction with lots of exercise? I found a couple articles that it might.

Afib has gone persistent
I take everything magnesium, d-ribose
taurine
, vit C all the the B’s. I am also hypothyroid as well but hopefully under control. The cardiologist as put me forward to see the EP for a possible ablation, goodness knows when that will be as waiting list is long.

Update- I no longer take Dipyridamole
I started adding
Taurine
and Glycine in my coffee. I also started drinking Sleepy Time tea at night with
Taurine
and Glycine. About 6 grams of
taurine
and glycine a day. Could be a placebo, but if it works, it works. I am not going to change this, at least for now.

Magnesium taurine
Hi all I read a post about people taking magnesium with
taurine
, but they were having trouble finding it together in one product. I found that dolphin fitness do a combined capsule. I use the firm often and I find them to be very reliable and well priced. Below is, hopefully, the link.

Because the biosynthesis of
taurine
is limited in humans, the fecal loss of bile salts induces an increased glycine/
taurine
ratio of conjugated bile salts in CF patients (47). As a consequence, CF patients have an altered bile salt composition in gallbladder bile.

Feel Terrible - Any Advice Please?
I've tried the ashwagandha,
taurine
and even rhodiola now to help bring down the adrenaline but they're not even touching the sides. My BP 136/80 and HR 76 this evening - both are raised to my usual readings of around BP 95/60 and HR 65.

amino acids not recognised as essential in humans such as taurine play a role in fibromyalgia,
They found that overall levels of amino acids were lower in fibromyalgia and that seven amino acids were especially low, including
taurine
, alanine, tyrosine, valine, methionine, phenylalanine, and threonine. The pattern of amino acid deficiency was especially suggestive of a problem with the sympathetic

Stage 4
I'm a 77 year old male and after bouncing around in Stage 3b for a couple of years I started to get much lower results of 30 or 33, then my latest is Stage 4 at 26 eGFR. All other renal profile serum results are normal and my urine tests for albumin/creatinine ratio are normal. I've cut out added sugar
