Afib has gone persistent
I take everything magnesium, d-ribose
taurine
, vit C all the the B’s. I am also hypothyroid as well but hopefully under control. The cardiologist as put me forward to see the EP for a possible ablation, goodness knows when that will be as waiting list is long.

Update- I no longer take Dipyridamole
I started adding
Taurine
and Glycine in my coffee. I also started drinking Sleepy Time tea at night with
Taurine
and Glycine. About 6 grams of
taurine
and glycine a day. Could be a placebo, but if it works, it works. I am not going to change this, at least for now.

A suggestion that is working well, for me at least. AT least for now.
Taurine
, magnesium, magnesium oil, progesterone cream , vitamin C, etc- all helped but only temporarily. Before I was sleeping quite well and only needing to take things before bed, and once during the night. Well, I thought of something else, and looked it up. That is St. John's Wort.

Hashimotos for Sixteen Years, Realizing I Know Next to Nothing
Oh, I should note, my PVCs got really bad, and through this forum, I learned about
taurine
and l-arginine, which combination actually does seem to have completely eliminated them. Which is possibly why other elements of my bloodwork have caught my attention?

Because the biosynthesis of
taurine
is limited in humans, the fecal loss of bile salts induces an increased glycine/
taurine
ratio of conjugated bile salts in CF patients (47). As a consequence, CF patients have an altered bile salt composition in gallbladder bile.

Feel Terrible - Any Advice Please?
I've tried the ashwagandha,
taurine
and even rhodiola now to help bring down the adrenaline but they're not even touching the sides. My BP 136/80 and HR 76 this evening - both are raised to my usual readings of around BP 95/60 and HR 65.

amino acids not recognised as essential in humans such as taurine play a role in fibromyalgia,
They found that overall levels of amino acids were lower in fibromyalgia and that seven amino acids were especially low, including
taurine
, alanine, tyrosine, valine, methionine, phenylalanine, and threonine. The pattern of amino acid deficiency was especially suggestive of a problem with the sympathetic

magnesium, potassium, taurine combo supplement?
I was doing some research and came across this plan which suggests taking the above 3 supplements. I'm aware magnesium has been discussed and recommended but wasn't ware of the combination. Does anyone take all 3 or have any links to other articles regarding the benefits? Does anyone have a UK source

Am I talking out the back of my head?
I also take magnesium and
taurine
. I do not or ever have had any known triggers for Afib. I don’t drink or smoke. I posted re my tachy day after Christmas with brief (1-2minutes) afib. Yes, I did indulge with food over Christmas and admitted that but not big time or stupidly so.

I’m freaking out
I’m freaking out because I just had a baby 3 months ago and I’m late 5 days on my monthly. I’ve taken 3 urine tests and they’re all negative. I cannot have another baby especially with my financials. I have 3 kids as it is and I’m 23. Yes I know what causes babies and I don’t need that lecture. My anxiety

Laparoscopy made everything 1000x times worse, anyone else?
Hi all, I wondered if anyone else had, had a bad experience with their laparoscopy? I have suffered with endometriosis for 18 years ((I am 34 yes old)) (constantly misdiagnosed, gas lighted, not listened to, told it was normal period pains and to "just get on with it" - you know the usual story for

Sore stomach on apixaban
I’ve been on apixaban for just over 2 months and have 3 weeks to go, then 4 weeks off before a d dimer blood test. I’ve had awful stomach cramps for a couple of weeks, blood in stools and leaking watery blood like I’m wetting myself (lovely picture!). The doctor is sending me for the fast track bladder

Never ending balanitis and lichen sclerosus
It all started about 6 years ago when I began to notice red spots on my penis and foreskin that appeared and disappeared occasionally. They only caused me discomfort when present, in the form of itching and a burning sensation. I consulted a dermatologist who told me to stop eating sweets and it would

Mirtazapine back pain and bladder
Anyone have a bad experience with Mirtazapine? After 4 days I couldn’t handle being a zombie so I stopped. Week later I had uti symptoms and major lower and upper back pain. This has been going on for about a month. None of my urine test have been negative for a uti. But yet I went through 3 courses
