Pelvic conestion syndrome or diverticulitis

First if all been diagnosed with diverticulosis years ago through coloniscopys, have had flares if diverticulitis few times over the years, symptons, lower left quadrant abdomen, meds given, cleared up in a week, about a week ago started feeling pain, pressure bloating in mid lower pelvic area, heaviness there, felt if could move bowels little releif, not much bowel movement though, went to clinic last friday, told dr there have diverticulosis which she promptly diagnosed diverticulitis, gave me 2 strong appropriate scripts for that, over last wkend felt nausea unwell stlll heavy pressure in pelvic srea, stopped meds sunday afternoon, called my dr, he said go to ER, they can do testing there, which I did on tuesday, urine test bloodwork internal exam ctscan, also have had urgent loose mushy like movements couple times a day even on light diet ER dr vety casually said diverticulitis, gave me different script dont take unless symptonsbl get worse, still have heavy feeling in pelvic area like bowling ball hanging down, and first thing this morning loose mushy bowel movement before drinking or eating anything, previous bouts of diverticulitis never had these symptons, I dont think diagnosis is correct, but more a problem in pelvic floor, reading up on symptons , seems typical of pelvic cingestion syndrome, or vasculitis, been on prednisone for 8yrs, down to 4 mgs of pred for few mos now, am gery concerned and cant see my own dr until next tuesday, just looking for any advice on what to do at this point

Apparently diagnosis still was diverticulitis, still have lower pelvic pressure on and off especially after a meal, bee referred to gynocologist and gastrointerologost though
