Which hospitals carry out Digital Botox Treatments?
He also says we can look into a
sympathectomy
but apparently this has side affects and I'd have to go to London for it (I live in Dorset) but as I live alone & without any family, I'm not sure how feasible this would be. Any advice would be appreciated.

Digital Ulcers and Surgical Debridement
Had digital
sympathectomy
on both hands 6 years ago which was very successful for the ulcers at the time. My rheumatologist does not support surgical debridement because he worries about healing. Anybody want to share their experience with debridement of ulcers?

CBD may be helpful in hyperhidrosis
In more severe cases, radiofrequency sympatholysis and bilateral thoracic
sympathectomy
are the options. However, recurrence is possible or the postoperative appearance of conditions called compensatory hyperhidrosis or reflex hyperhidrosis.

Hi everyone, hope you have all had an amazing Christmas and new year, I had a great time, started my new year with my

Sympathectomy update
Hi, I’ve just got back from seeing my surgeon, he has explained what he needs to do, he will make 2 small incisions on either side of my wrist and an incision in my palm and do what he needs to do. He has explained there is a small risk of failure, this could lead to making the blood flow worse and could

Going home
I am also now part of a permanent study for the
sympathectomy
surgery on atrial and ventricle arrhythmia. As things go I will keep everyone posted. And if this study moves forward and gets better I hope that what I went through will benefit another and perhaps save their life.

Confused
I'm 61 female and have Scleroderma/Raynaud's and suffer ulcers on my fingers, recently I had my left index finger amputated and now my ring finger on the right hand is giving me trouble...surgeon, reumatologist both suggested digital
sympathectomy
, but wondering if the procedure would help with circulation

Lumbar Sympathectomy - help
My consultant wants to send me for a Lumbar
Sympathectomy
. Has anyone had one of these? I'm concerned it might cause weight gain (something I've been battling with since surgery) Any info would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Strange feeling in throat?
Have had a digital
sympathectomy
and a few courses of Iloprost over the past 3 years along with medication. Have recently started to notice a strange feeling in my throat - a bit like when you are choked up/upset over something and feels like something is stuck there I.e.

Confused....I was diagnosed with Raynauds and hyperhidrosis in around 1980, whilst in South Africa . My surgeon performed a lumbar
Sympathectomy
first, followed a year later by a cervical
sympathectomy
. The cervical one not being quite as successful, but not bad. Now I have restless leg syndrome, and latterly, really bad foot pain at night, these two keep me awake most nights.

Sympathectomy - URGENT HELP
Hello, I have just been told that my rheumatologist thinks I should have a
sympathectomy
done. This is truly a last resort for me after every tablet possible, every infusion possible. I have 9 ulcers at the minute, this is usual for me. Has anybody else has this procedure?! I need advice!

Much help needed please. . . SSc DUs complicated by Raynaud's. . . Throbbing pain & no sleep in over a month
He also went through a peripheral
sympathectomy
shortly thereafter. His hands are a mess, for lack of a better word. Fortunately, as he has gotten older, he is far better at understanding his body & the disease which allows for him to take the necessary precautions resulting in far less ulcers.
