Worth seeing NHS gynaecologist after private surgery?
I had my
surgery
in Dec and had a follow up with my consultant 6 weeks later and am planning to have another follow up after 3 months. However, I’m not sure what’s next. I don’t know if my insurance will cover more follow ups and I’ve kept my NHS appointment but I’m not sure if I should?

Success stories
Hello I was diagnosed with Gleason 3+4 in January and had
surgery
- clear margins and clear lymph nodes but worried and have a lot of anxiety about recurrence. Any success stories out there? Please share as I am so scared of my first PSA test in a few weeks. Thanks

Pregnancy: Stage 4 endometriosis and some adenomyosis
Hi All I am wondering if there’s anyone who has had a successful pregnancy, despite having stage 4 endometriosis and some adenomyosis, with no
surgery
involved? I would like to know if it’s possible for inspiration. Thanks for your time.

Can I have sex before a laparoscopy
Hi, I am having my laparoscopy on Tuesday and was wondering if anyone knew about being able to have sex before
surgery
? Is there a certain amount of time before that I should stop? Any answers for this would be amazing.

back pain after excision
I didn’t have back pain before the
surgery
, unless I had done a lot of walking/standing. Did anyone else have similar issues post
surgery
? Does anyone know why this is? And did anything help it?

Retzius Sparing surgeon recommendations
If I go for
surgery
I want to get Retzius sparing version to help with incontinence and hopefully shorten erectile problem. Here’s a problem I don’t know anyone who does this type of robotic
surgery
in Charlotte NC. Is there someone really good around NC, maybe Duke?

Terrified
I had knee
surgery
almost 2 weeks ago and after the
surgery
I took the prescribed narcotics for 4 days. Every time I take these I get constipated. I started taking stool softeners (colace) and after a week nothing.

Ongoing battle to stay on T3
But I am extremely cross with the
surgery
who seem to be very much on a mission to take me off this expensive drug. Rant over!

Do testosterone supplements help raise testosterone levels after use of Lupron with radiation?
trying to decide to decide between
surgery
and radiation w/Lupron as a treatment for prostate cancer. I’m particularly concerned with how long it takes to restore testerone levels after 6 months on Lupron. Does the use of testerone supplements help restore T levels more quickly?
