Sorry but your body can’t repair a meniscus tear only solution is surgery and if you continue to walk around with a torn meniscus you eventually will develop OA and your torn meniscus can catch as you walk which hurts and feels like your knee has a stopper on it ….. anyway the surgery isn’t bad actually usually it’s laparoscopic surgery so recovery is slightly quicker.
No Cure for OA … people do injections but still not a cure …. Moving is helpful but again not a cure … eventually knee replacement is the only fix .
