Denosumab (Prolia) injection - has anyone had any experience with it?
Hi I haven't posted for a while. I had breast cancer back in May 2014 and had a total mastectomy and lymph node removal. Although at the time no mets were found at a later CT scan a "shadow " was found on my spine (this was about 18 months ago). A PET scan revealed it was not active and my oncologist

Mastectomy and rebuild in just over two weeks, and getting scared!
Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me my upcoming operation is not going to be too terrible! I am so scared now. I had a lumpectomy in April, but now need a mastectomy. Been fine for weeks, but today feel incredibly ratty and jittery. I am having a single (left side) mastectomy

Hair thinning? Anyone else noticed this? Any tips?
I had breast cancer 2 years ago, estrogen + had mastectomy now on letrozole, I tolerate the tablet well. I didn't have chemo or radiotherapy. But I have noticed my hair has got thinner, I assume this is because the letrozole has reduced my estrogen level, was wondering if anyone else had experienced

Nipple saving re-construction
I've just been diagnosed with a small tumour- stage 1 and the nurse has told me if a lumpectomy is not possible (owing to breast size and size of tumour) that the full mastectomy will be done and I will automatically have the nipple removed. Is this always the case, is this what NICE guidance say the

Hi. But dilemma. Am 44. Have endo AND adenomyosis. Surgeon trying to persuade me to have MIRENA or Provera (progesterone only pill but this isn't a contraceptive ). Very blessed to have 1 child (5 year old girl). Unlikely I can have more due to adenomyosis but feel too old now to have another anyway

My surgery had happened last year and I'm confused on which prosthetics to buy - powder based or gel based? Also, any recommendations on where to buy in Delhi.

Improving sperm - advice needed please! 🙏🏻
Ok, so I might be jumping the gun with my thoughts and questions but there is a lot of experience & knowledge amongst us 😀. Just had first failed icsi. I'm 37, husband 50. Had a vasectomy reversal 2 and a bit years ago which luckily worked despite how long he'd been 'snipped' . Over the last 2 years

Single & Dating
Any single women out there with advice regarding dating? I had a double mastectomy 2 years ago. My implants had to be removed due to infection, so I am living flat now. I do use prostheses in my bras. I am in my 60's and single. I would like to get out there and date again. I don't know how to go about
