Fatigue only when running.
He had a negative
stress
-echo test. within past 6 months. Admittedly we live at altitude in the mountains, so running has never been "easy" but he is concerned about the change. Any thoughts as to the cause, and potential treatments, as this seems different from other definitions of CLL fatigue?

NDT, Stress, Heart Palps - Now What?
Stress
triggered that reaction in the body and I was wondering what to do. Anyway, I started to think that perhaps I was also reacting to 1.5 grains of NDT, as I read that could happen. So I reduced it to 1 tablet, but started to feel under-medicated.

The ratty feeling won't go!
Today I still feel sick and 'hungover' with
stress
hormones. I took a shot of B12 last night. What might be going on which means hormones stay in the system? What am I lacking? Today I just want to sleep and he's cross about that. He sees it as me being childish, when I'm actually wrecked.

Stress and Anxiety
So the
stress
and anxiety of contact ( we never lived together) got worse and worse. It took me a couple of years, 4 cardeoversions and 2 ablations to accept that it was time to get out of that situation and cut all ties.

Hard day and stress symptoms are overwhelming
Still, anxiety and
stress
make my health anxiety crazy. It's a vicious circle but I have to keep pushing through so I do.

Not taken anything new, had no
stress
or illness this month, it’s been a pretty quiet one! If it’s not a lab error could it be due to another autoimmune disease that I don’t know of? Thanks xx

Hello after a forced absence.
LOL My problem is, I know that
stress
brought this on once I diagnosed the problem (and doc agreed) and then did a ton of research, and also joined this group. I don't know what I would have done without it.

This is where I always go to manage extreme stress
It's not anything I can explain. I overthink everything else, but not this. I just close my eyes and feel it. I'd love if you have any music or poetry to share. Anything that touches you. Thanks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttEMYvpoR-k

Am I in remission?
My
stress
levels are now virtually non existent as I’ve taken early retirement from an extremely stressful job and have relocated to a quiet village. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

ADD & Panic Attacks
I had what I thought was a panic attack, during a MRI on my foot, then again two years later during a pharmacological

test.

heart attack but heart healthy
I’ve had lots of checks including a CT scan, angiogram and a
stress
MRI. My heart is absolutely fine apparently. My blood was thick when it happened too many red blood cells which returned to normal before I was discharged from hospital.

Is this a flare shouldI up the pred?
However I have a lot of
stress
just now, darling husband has cancer. I do meditate and do very gentle yoga. However, I now have pain in my upper back under my shoulder blades. Could this be PMR? My legs have increasingly felt like concrete until 3pm. I take my 2mgs pred at 9am.
