Day 7 of anti inflammatory... some changes...
Hello everyone, I thought I had better drop in and say that this is now day 7 of the anti inflammatory diet and I'm due on period in the coming 4-5 days. This last Monday by breast pain was AWFUL. and now I would say, since Monday on this diet the breast pain is 60% easier! So, something I've cut out

Essential oils
I thought many of you would be interested to read this item on the BBC news today. The effects on oestrogen may mean we too should be careful about using essential oils. More evidence essential oils 'make male breasts develop'http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-43429933

Hi all. Today i have been discharged from the hospital as i refuse to take statins. I was blatantly told that their job is to prescribe medication and if i refuse to take it, they will refer me back to my gp who can monitor my cholesterol via blood tests. Fair enough but before they completely remove
