Possible bloated stomach and bronchiectasis
I also have to give in a
sputum
test
to check for fungi although I'm not producing much on demand. Am I right in thinking the chest physio will teach me how to do this. I think it's there because I have a crackling in my lungs sometimes.

Help with supplement timing
Hi all I take my T4 and T3 first thing in the morning. I also take Omega, Magnesium, Vit C, Vit D and K2, Vit B12. I am trying to find out the times required between supplements or if they can be taken close to each other. Thanks

Donating blood having been stubbornly low on ferritin but now persistently over range
Since taking too high a dose of iron for a period of time a few years ago my ferritin has been quite a bit over range. Previously it was longterm stubbornly low. All my life in fact. After stopping iron it began to lower slowly but has since remained static and too high. I also always have slightly raised

New erfa trial with levo - very worried about endo prescription and pharmacy NDT info. Please can anyone help?
Edit - endo says take ERFA 30mg OD - I don't even know what OD means? Assume every day 30mg but pharmacy are saying its double that I think? Hi I recently consulted an endo which was recommended by local thyroid patients so thought would try rather than go it alone as v ill atm. I've been taking 112mcg

Rise in PSA and extra Eligard Injection
My psa has risen from <0.01 in Feb to 0.04 in April to 0.27 in July then 0.41 this week. I had a CT and full body scan on Tuesday, which according to my MO, who I saw today, showed no ‘hotspots’. Because my PCa metastasised to 4 places in 2016 when first diagnosed, I had radiation to the prostate followed

Any answers please….
I’m wondering why I haven’t had any answers to my most recent post asking about taking T3 and sourcing T3. Perhaps I worded it badly or something but I notice other posters at around the same time have had replies. Perhaps there is no answer to my issue, lol! Apologies if I seem impatient, just feel

Symptoms like underdosing due to gluten?
Sorry for this long and wordy post, it's just a simple question: I thought gluten wouldn't affect my well-being. But I never ate large amounts of bread, cake, pasta, or anything containing large quantities of wheat or spelt. And I usually preferred wholemeal bread to white bread, with occasional exceptions

Hi Everyone 👋 This is my first post. I've been on thyroxine for about 20 years and used to be on 175 but for the past 10 years approx 125! I have been asking my GP to higher it - but to no avail. I'm just so tired yet I don't sleep, my weight has gone up by 5 stone, depressed, to name just a few things

low Ferritin and hypothyroidism
I have long-standing hypothyroidism following a sub total thyroidectomy when I was in my twenties. I am now 71 years old. I had a goitre and was told that I had "Woody's thyroglossal disease" (an autoimmune disease like Hashimoto's). I take 125mcg of thyroxine a day. I now suffer from very low ferritin

Looking for sources
Hi, I'm looking for no-Rx T3 sources (shipping to France), as I've been using T3 from questionable sources for a few months and I'm have doubts about dosage being off. Also, any input from people having used brands such as [ redacted supplier ] or Hilma would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Sertraline - interactions with thyroid meds?
I’m trying to find out why my FT3 levels have risen alarmingly. This morning, I posted asking whether anyone had any experience of Candersartan affecting FT3. I’ve had two meds added during a recent hospital admission. The first was Candersartan and the second was Sertraline. I stopped the Sertraline
