Increase t3 or t4?

Would you increase t4 or T3?

Am supplementing iron and vit D. Low ferritin all else optimal

Free T3 (fT3) 4.6 pmol/L (3.5 - 6.5) 36.7%

Increasing either is an option. Levo by up to 25mcgs or T3 by 5mcgs. I might pick Levo if it were me.

Would it even be possible to increase levo by 12.5 to 100 and add 5 T3? So 100+10

Its not advisable to change both types ofhormone at the same time otherwise you dont know whats doing what.
