Heart failure
I have had a fair amount of chemotherapy in recent years then had a bad bout of pneumonia 2018 and was in hospital for a couple of months. My ejection fraction went down to 30% and was diagnosed with heart failure. Recently I had another echo scan which showed a 45% ejection fraction. When you read on

Post cardioversion fluid
My husband had successful cardioversion on Tuesday but weight went up by 4lb by Thursday morning we are guessing it’s to do with the extra hours lying on a bed and no activity that day, not much the next. Extra Furosemide yesterday has shifted 2lb and doing the same today. Any other tips on keeping fluid

Reducing Spironolactone
Hi Friends, My doctor has suggested lowering my Spiro from 75 to 50 as my clinical results have shown good improvement. Has anyone reduced their diuretic then had to go back up. I really don't want ascites back again....getting drained is no party. Smiles, Liz
