Spironolactone / Furosemide

I am currently taking bisoprolol, digoxin, dapagliflozin, ramipril, furosemide, and spironolactone for heart failure and atrial fibrillation. I have suffered from tinnitus for several years but recently it has become much worse.

He initially suggested my Spironolactone and Furosemide were probably the culprit, but following a little research he realised the opposite was actually true. Also, he eventually realised testosterone levels would actually be expected to be low in cirrhotic males.

Unfortunately there was no space on the Cardiac ward and I was discharged with meds and have to attend outpatient appointments I am currently on: Bisoprolol Furosemide Ramipril Spironolactone Dapagliflozin Currently I am taking all the meds together but something/s are making me very nauseous

Drugs I’m on are: Edoxaban Entresto Empagliflozin Lanzoprazole Mirtazipine Carvedilol Desogestrel Spironolactone Furosemide thanks x

My EF was 15 and I am now on the highest doses of meds available including Entresto, Bisoprolol, Dapagliflozin, Furosemide and Spironolactone. I had a review echocardiogram 2 weeks ago and despite maximum dose my EF is still 15.

Diuretics are known to make RLS worse. It is thought that this is a result of the fact that it lowers potassium. Busunsc713 pointed out that there are potassium sparing diuretics.
