Spatone allergic reaction
I have been recommended to take
spatone
which is water infused iron sachet but I’m just worried about an allergic reaction. Is this something possible? Or common?

Bloods Advice please - new and feelimg wobbly
Will also restart
Spatone
iron. I am thinking of taking high strength evening primrose oil and starflower oil as the anxiety before my period is overwhelming - I dont feel in a rational mind at all. Would these affect the thyroid or levo at all?

Need help with new results
As of February 2nd, I take 50mcg levo, 5-10mg liquid iron (
spatone
, 4 hour interval between levo and supplments), 30-40,000iU vit D weekly, eat liver pate daily. I try to go out for short walks no more than 20-30 minutes every other day... Folate seems normal, but should I supplement this?

I have been taking
spatone
during pregnancy and since although I must admit I’m not religious with it lately. I am breastfeeding- more concerned how this will affect baby. Stuck where to go now, as the last time I had an appointment with GP booked she didn’t ring.

Hello long time no post!
I refused the b12 test, said they could test mr ferritin as I had discussed this with gp previously ( I am still taking
spatone
occasionally). I had no injection, it will be 10 weeks on Tuesday. I emailed a complaint that day.

Doctor won't prescribe Iron
Was therefore prescribed Ferrous Fumarate about 2 years ago and since then I have used
SpaTone
, as well as eating more red meat. For that reason I stopped requesting FF (as I prefer something gentler on stomach). Also supplemented other Vits B12, Vit D etc myself .

Further bloods advice please?
I was taking
spatone
sachets until late summer then stopped after I saw the endo as she suggested Centrum A-Z performance which contains my RDA of iron. This has obviously impacted my absorption. I wonder if it would be safe to take the
spatone
sachet as well as the multi vit?

Serum Ferritin levels
So this is weird and thing is I had only very recently started taking
Spatone
again - 1 sachet a day for about 4 days. This calmed my RLS massively so I am reluctant to stop but I also know too much iron is not necessarily a good thing.

Latest Results. Would welcome comments
If so would
Spatone
be a good choice in view of previous bad reactions to iron medication?

Looking for test results advice ahead of apt
Also, my Ferritin won't increase - I've tried
Spatone
and have been using an oral spray from Better You. A few years ago it was 58 (r 15-300) so it can be higher. Last FBC looked ok with regards to anemia. Not a fan of red meat. No diagnosis or medication. Stopped supplements week before tests.

Blood results - can anyone help?
I had been supplementing vitamin D, B12 and magnesium sprays and taking iron via
spatone
liquid. Stopped these 1 week before blood test. The results are in and the dr says that most things are entirely in range.

Help with supplements please!
Also, I am aware that the iron tablets prescribed may not be the best option – when I was pregnant I took liquid
Spatone
as a more easily absorbable option, and I have also seen spray versions available.

Medichecks doc thinks I should see my GP to get my thyroid meds reduced. please comment on results.
Thought about trying to supplement iron again because of low NHS result , after I had seen
Spatone
recommended on this site. I am feeling very ill despite good improvement in other vitamin levels. Exhausted, almost comatose at times, pain everywhere, unable to keep up walking or exercise regime.

New person, trying to understand my issue
The blood test was not flagged up, but I requested a copy as I felt like I had anaemia (what ever that feels like, but I was having irregular very heavy periods and taking daily Berocca, Multivitamins and
Spatone
to cope with tiredness over at least 2 yrs) and wanted to check a few things.
