I have been recommended to take spatone which is water infused iron sachet but I’m just worried about an allergic reaction. Is this something possible? Or common?

Its excellent - I have not been able to take iron capsules for decades as always had bad reaction - a consultant recommended Spatone some years ago when I was very anaemic - I tried and always found it excellent no problems or effects whatsoever, it is a very natural product which probably helps.

I’m allergic to so many things and have to look at supplements very closely, but I love Spatone!
