Sodium Phosphate in frozen turkey.
Have you noticed that
sodium
phosphate is injected into frozen turkeys? (Maybe not all, but the one I bought did.) It preserves the meat, makes it retain water soo you don't have to baste it, makes the turkey look better, and saves the store money.

Protein
My GFR is 58 ,
sodium
and potassium are OK - my question is: I'm trying to reduce my protein intake but do not know if I'm supposed to cut out all protein from my diet or just reduce it ?

IgA for 10+ years and sudden drop of eGFR 85 to 69
I reduced animal protein,
sodium
in my diet and cut all chips, diary products, sodas, fast food, etc. It’s hard to completely eliminate restaurant foods but I try to choose the healthiest item. I’m trying to get enough and better sleep too.

WE'RE MISSING SOMETHING
I suppose because I began eating more hardboiled eggs and dosing them with salt and not sea salt or any of the other stuff; the iodized salt with high levels of
sodium
but then I would say the regularity lost itself and I now have only a modicum of remembering the last time I did put salt on anything

Information about spinal cord compression.
Has anyone experienced a spinal cord compression or fracture? Can you share your experiences. Has anyone experienced what it means to prevent one. We know that getting an MRI to show the urgency of treatment is one thing and then the mention of surgery. We don't know what that means. Who handles this

8.8 pound weight gain and 33 point BP rise in 2 days due to water retention?
I have been on a serious low
sodium
/low calorie diet and exercise program since 01/01/21. I also cut out all caffeine. The weight loss (and BP drop) has been gratifying, and I hope to be at my target weight by Easter Sunday morning (April 4, 2021.) I had long planned to feast (scarf out!)

Is anyone on Bisacodyl tablets?
Hi - my 7 year old has been switched from
sodium
picosulphate to bisacodyl oral tablets. The consultant felt her bowel might have got a bit used to the
sodium
pico and therefore mixing it up with a different stimulant for a while might help.
