Help I’m confused
He suggested trying
sodium
bicarbonate
drops then to return again. I put the drops in when I got home but my ear clogged and I have been completely muffled and in pain since. Had online chat with doc following day and without looking in my ear suggested a spray in case there was infection.

Sodium Phosphate in frozen turkey.
Have you noticed that sodium phosphate is injected into frozen turkeys? (Maybe not all, but the one I bought did.) It preserves the meat, makes it retain water soo you don't have to baste it, makes the turkey look better, and saves the store money. There should be a warning label on the package, just

IODINE! How does the T4 convert to T3 without iodine? They have taken the iodine out of just about everything and for no reason? I believe I am going to start dosing my own iodine? Why the hell not? Ear Wax Removal
I always get ear wax that needs removing every 2 or 3 years via syringing. I am currently using Olive Oil as a treatment in view of COVID. Any recommendations as to whether Bicarbonate or Peroxide off the shelf treatments are any better?
