Need help finding Diet App for tracking dietary intake
Hi. I have been monitoring my intake but no formal or efficient way to track daily intake: protein, sodium, potassium, calcium, phosphorous, sugar, fat, calories, etc.I also track water intake, which is much easier. I've been writing down what I eat, but this is so time consuming.
