Phase 2 trial recruiting: revert hormone resistance with apalutamide and ENV105
In phase 1 it worked with 44% of patients it seems, it's multisite, it could be worth trying for our warrior with mCRPC (metastatic castrate resistant prostate cancer) https://www.biospace.com/article/releases/kairos-pharma-doses-first-patient-in-phase-2-trial-of-lead-drug-candidate-env105-with-apalutamide-to-improve-therapy-sensitivity-for-castrate-resistant-prostate-cancer

ibrance
I’ve been taking ibrance with faslodex since 2018. I had to stop taking ibrance because of hospitalization (3) for infections that I needed my immune system to fight. Probably 6 months. In that time I developed nodules (small) in bowel, pelvis and cervical 2. I was taken off both ibrance and faslodex

Ovarian cancer metastases to spine, hips and ribs
Hello ladies 🙂 My mother today was diagnosed with ovarian cancer that has metastases to her spine, hips and ribs. I read on the web that five-year survival rate [edited by moderator] sounds so little. I read some of your stories and I see that many of you have already live much longer. My mother soon

thy3f thyroid nodules on either side - doctors recommend total thyroidectomy
hi there I was recently diagnosed with 2 thy3f nodules on either side of my thyroid. Thy3f is an indeterminate result (25%malignancy 75% benign). I have no symptoms recently had a baby, breastfeeding, busy mom of 3 on no medication. Has anyone elected watch and wait tactic instead of thyroidectomy?

Need practical advice re:RRP for 76 year-old in fair shape
Hi everyone, My husband, just turned 76, is having a robotic radical prostatectomy on 5/13. He is (so far) Gleason 4+3, high Decipher score., clean PSMA. We eventually chose surgery as he's also been in retention for many months due to a median lobe, he preferred that to doing a HoLep followed by radiation

Post treatment post ADT time to PSMA test
Where I am receiving treatment, ADT, LD Brachytherapy, LINAC radiotherapy (15) sessions.. PSMA pet scans are not available (Japan). I planning on ending adjuvant ADT therapy within a few months and am aware of the lasting effects on testosterone (will take 6-12 months for decent testosterone levels .
