Hi, stage 4 prostate cancer 9 months in on anti testerone injections degatelix psa level has risen from 77 to 323, what are my chances?

May I ask what jurisdiction you were in? And if you are stage IV that means metastasis - one would think that you would be on more than ADT?

Consider to request treatment with chemo if you have 4 or more mets or with the new anti androgens, abiraterone enzalutamide darolutamide apalutamide.

Discuss having a direct biopsy or a liquid biopsy to study the genome of the cancer to see is could respond to PARP inhibitors or to Keytruda or similar or to drug combinations .
