Symptoms for six months
Hello, I have have had concerning symptoms for six months- severe constipation, some liquid stool. The problem is so bad, I can barely open my bowel at all, unless I take sachets of movicol. I have recently had some blood in my stools. My tummy is very bloated. Occasionally I feel sick and last week

Moviprep... Rectal Bleeding?
Hi everyone! My colonoscopy appointment is 2PM today. Yesterday I started drinking Moviprep at 6PM and it took me over 5 hours to finish 1 litre (absolutely revolting, gagged the entire time). I had a LOT of bowel movements (more than 20) after the first litre Anyway fast forwarding to now. Woke up 4.30AM

Can I get a tatoo??
Hey. So its been 9 years now of my kidney transplant. I am 17 years old now. Is it okay to get a tatoo like it won't harm my kidney or anything right?

Putting things in perspective
So it’s been almost 4 years since I was diagnosed with aggressive G9 PCa. Surgery, adjuvant RT and ADT, then more RT after recurrence in a handful of pelvic LNs. Been on ADT and Zytiga for 11 months to hopefully cleanup anything that may remain. PSA has been undetectable since the treatment for recurrence

Clinical Utility of Chromosomal Microarray in Richter's Transformation
Chromosomal microarray (CMA) is clever, very sensitive technology which looks for extra (duplicated) or missing (deleted) chromosomal segments, sometimes called copy number variants (CNVs) - see illustration. These include: microdeletions and microduplications of chromosome segments, which are too

Does Anyone Have Expanded Bile Ducts?
According to my last several imaging tests I have an expanded bile duct. Is this normal for the disease? I am scheduled for an endoscopic ultrasound in a few weeks to take a better look at it. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there any thing they can do for it? Or are we just spending

DNA testing after transplant
My son had his kidney transplant from deceased donor 2/18. Other than a few blood pressure problems he's felt really good. Just recently he's developed a cough more severe when lying down or sitting, his team doesn't seem worried. But his creatinine is creeping up and they want a DNA test. Why?

So scared...
I had a routine colonoscopy 2 weeks ago and 10days after I received a letter to see my surgeon. I knew the result must be bad, but not this bad! My cancer is back, sited in the opening of my colostomy, my surgeon says I need the remainder of my large bowel removing and also my rectum! I am not worried
