Nintedanib offers new hope as transplant recommendation approaches
Hi all, It's been a fair while since I last updated - longer than I'd have liked - but in a way its a good thing as I actually have a fair bit to update on as a result... The additional heart tests involving tracers, a CT scan and an hour long MRI which really tested my lung capacity with one or two

MIN-102 update: summer 2022
Hi everyone, I am persisting with the min-102 trial and yesterday had my 10th visit. Nothing particularly different about the visit: the usual 6 minute walking and balance trials, the annual MRI scan and echocardiogram and the questionnaires and meeting with a specialist. Is anyone being treated for colorectal cancer with any success with immunotherapy. My tumour was removed successfully but I have lymph involvement. I know it’s great for shrinking tumour but what about the lymph gland involvement. Any help gratefully received.

Supporting parents
Hi all, I'm new here and am seeking support on how to be of help to my parents in IL while I'm in IA, as my Dad (who is a kidney transplant recipient) skin cancer gets progressively worse, and my mom (who was Dad's donor) is in denial that she is depressed and is in need of help. In 2003 Mom donated

Meds
I had a successful kidney transplant on 2/11/21 however at that time I was also diagnosed with Parkinsonism and put on Carbidopa/Levodopa. I have struggled since then with agitation and jitters. Maybe on too many meds or the wrong ones. Is there anyone out there who has Parkinsonism and also on

I've been blessed
On 2/22/22, I received an anonymous live donor kidney transplant. I was totally blown away but so very grateful for this gift. I will be forever thankful and appreciative for this opportunity to give back and support others on their journey. My only regret is that I will not be able to personally thank

Diarrhoea for 3 months
I started getting really bad diarrhoea in mid December. I’ve never had tummy probs ever before and I’m pretty healthy. I’ve had blood tests, stool tests and scans. All ok - I’m booked in for a colonoscopy next week. Has anyone had anything similar? Any advice? My mum had bowel cancer - I’m 65.
