Is anyone being treated for colorectal cancer with any success with immunotherapy. My tumour was removed successfully but I have lymph involvement. I know it’s great for shrinking tumour but what about the lymph gland involvement. Any help gratefully received.

Hi DeeD123,

Thank you for posting in Colon Cancer Connected.

Yes. My metastatic colon cancer (MSI-h) was treated with 2 years of chemo & radiation. Then I qualified for a clinical trial with Opdivo (Nivolumab) which was a great success and I was on that for over 2 years. It did shrink some lymph for me and the tumor which was causing some pain. I am not sure how the Keytruda would react in that situation.

Are you going to be doing the Keytruda for sure? Please keep us informed about your reaction to your treatment. It would be interesting to hear.

We wish you the very best with your treatment. Praying for awesome results.
