I had a successful kidney transplant on 2/11/21 however at that time I was also diagnosed with Parkinsonism and put on Carbidopa/Levodopa. I have struggled since then with agitation and jitters. Maybe on too many meds or the wrong ones. Is there anyone out there who has Parkinsonism and also on anti-rejection drugs whois agitated most of the time ? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I do not have Parkinson’s, but my grandmother had it and I know something about it. I Know that there are it least two things that could be causing it. One is Parkinson’s itself, and the other is the prograf drug you are taking for the transplant. I’m not sure if doctors can tell which one is causing it.

Good points. For me Prograf does cause very slight hand tremors. There are websites where one can check for medicine interactions, might be worth a look as well.
