I was the first robot assisted kidney transplant at Mayo Clinic. I have to say it was fantastic. I have about a 2

Colonography
My colorectal nurse said I could consider a colonography this year mainly for peace of mind, as I get very anxious. My last colonoscopy was clear about 5 1/2 years ago and I’ve been told that any polyps etc are unlikely. But the decision to have the colonography is ‘up to me.’ Im having it in two weeks

Kidney transplant
Hi Everyone, I just joined. My kidneys are at 10-12 EGFR and I am striving to find a living donor. I have some resources to do so, but I am wondering what others have done to search for a living donor. I also wonder what others in this situation have done for transportation to a major transplant

My mirena coil came out anyone else this happened to? It only lasted two days and I had it under general anaesthesia. I'm annoyed now 😤 I didn't see it come out. I have endometrium hyperplasia anyone else with this?

Diverticulitis, hemerrhoids (?), fissure (?), bleeding
Hello. After a pretty unusual bout of diverticulitis diagnosed by a CT scan, I saw my GI doc and he wants to do another colonoscopy. This is my 4th bout in 6 years - not very bothered by it - but the last one, well, I could not get the stool out, and then started pooping orangy slime. After that I went

Biopsy and Fibroscan
Hello I was diagnosed with PBC in May after they removed my gallbladder and took a liver biopsy. My questions is...the biopsy state I was Stage 1 but I received a phone call from my gastro yesterday who told me I am at Stage 3 and probable Stage 4 according to the fibroscan. I'm not sure why the discrepancy

blood in stool...mucus, clots?
Any idea what's going on here? I have an appointment, but obviously having anxiety, and need some feedback. This isn't the first time. Last time I thought maybe it was the strawberries I ate! I have a fissure and lots of pain sitting afterwards. Is this something else though?
