Micro vascular angina
Hello everyone, I have just spent 3 days in hospital due to increasing episodes of chest pain , laboured breathing and palpitations. ECG and bloods were unchanged but they said the angina was unstable. Had an angiogram yesterday which showed all the arteries and previous stents were clear thankfully.

Ezetimibe and diet
I take ezetimibe 10mg with atorvastatin 40mg. I am suffering from bloating, gas and abdominal pain all of which are known side-effects of ezetimibe (and, sometimes, statins too). I know some of you hearties will be taking this same combination of cholesterol lowering meds. Do any of you know whether

Darolutamide & Simvastatin?
New cell study from Japan below (1). It has been known for a century that solid tumor cells have an increased uptake of cholesterol. In PCa, higher cellular cholesterol levels are associated with a poorer prognosis. From 2004: "

Venclexta interacts with many meds, including OTC ones and those for AIHA
I am doing some research on medication interactions with Venclexta, and I noticed that it seems to interact with a lot of common medications, including acetaminophen, ibuprofen, common stomach upset medications like the proton pump inhibitors (omeprazole), steroids commonly used for AIHA (prednisone)

Stopping bisoprolol
After being on 1.25 mg for over a year I could function really well, a bit tired ,but nothing too bad. When I was diagnosed PAF in April my dose was upped to 2.5 mg. my world just stopped. Nodding off to sleep when I had only been out of bed for few hours, feeling exhausted ALL the time. Fuzzy

Help interpreting letters
Received two letters recently after having two tests - echocardiogram and 24 hour ECG. I have a telephone appointment with my GP and hope he can clarify, but that’s not for 3 weeks. Can anyone tell me what the letters say, in plain English? Thanks. I take Ranexa, Simvastatin, Monomil, Bisoprolol, aspirin

I am on 80mg of Simvastatin recently being changed from 80mg of Atorvastatin. Atorvastatin caused very bad cramps in the legs at night I'd be interested to know how people have found Simvastatin. Thanks, Dossy T
