I am Alone
My boyfriend has Bipolar Disorder and let say this year hasn't been the greatest overall. I haven't felt this suicidal since my teens( I'm a 26 year old female). I'm all over the place at the moment. I feel like I can't begin to express how much I want to end my life. I'm so tired of this. I'm always

How I reduced my RLS symptoms to Zero.
I have got my RLS completely under control and write this because I understand the pain and suffering. I empathize and I hope I can help. I STOPPED my rls not eating SUGAR. With in the first week my rls went down by 50%. Buy then end of the month down to ZERO! When I eat sugar it starts back up again

Help with latest Blood Test
Hello, I’m hoping someone can give some advice on latest blood test please. I am on 100mgs Levothyroxine. I did trial T3 but didn’t notice much difference by taking T3really. Im not sure if this is because I wasn’t on a high enough dose of L4 at the start of trialing it. I have taken the D1o2 test

Started my grandmother on TTFD
I am my grandmother's primary care taker. I recently learned about HDT and decided to try it on her. Every morning I videotape her eating, which I will use to see if her condition gets better or worse over time. She is 87, having parkinson's for at least 25 years. In the last year her on-state dyskinesia

Magnesium salts and RLS: malate, glycinate or citrate
Just following up on a recent post recommending magnesium malate for RLS, quoting recommendations made by Californian company Pure Biogenics in promoting their RLS supplement Seratame. Looking into this, experiments on rats suggested that malate may be the most bio-available form of magnesium; there

Alendronic Acid
I have had 2 doses of alendronic acid and am currently experiencing a first painful, now vision- impairing inflammation in my right eye (steroid drops prescribed).. I see this mentioned as a possible side-effect of AA. Has anyone else experienced this?

Chronic Endometritis
Hey lovely ladies! My question today related to endometritis/chronic uterine inflammation. I have done 4 hysteroscopies so far (two in 2021, one in 2022, one in 2023), each time the inflamed endometrium came out, with a "strawberry" appearance. After the tests, I came out positive for Ureaplasma (at

Any correlation between antipsychotic discontinuation and b12 absorption or deficiency?
Hi, has anyone ever had experience of b12 deficiency symptoms after antipsychotic withdrawal/discontinuation, & more specifically Aripiprazole (Abilify)? I am still awaiting b12 deficiency test results, but I wonder if discontinuation has resulted b12 deficiency symptoms & creating a false normal?

Vitamins for cognition
Hello, my adult son has cognitive/short term memory difficulties following a TBI. He takes omega 3, B12, vitamin D and magnesium supplements and it's difficult to know if they are helping or not. I wondered if any of you could advise which supplements have been helpful to you. Lions mane and ashwaganda

My endo management kit
I've unknowingly had endo for about 10 years, dismissed early on I just ignored the fact my periods sometimes felt like a miscarriage. About 3 years ago it got so bad I couldn't ignore it anymore and 2 years ago I left work. In these two years I've tried everything I could think of to change it. I can't

Advice
I had an experience recently that has left me with what feels like a very difficult decision. I’ve had people telling me for years that I should get diagnosed again for my ADHD so that I can get some medication. I’ve been very resistant to it for a long time. I guess I was just concerned about the side

Too Much Omega 3 triggering AFib?
I care for a family member with an AFib history. It has recently reared its head again after several years without an issue. I have been trying to find a possible trigger. One of the possible things I suspect is that it may be the overhaul in her diet the last couple of months. I noticed one day
