Started on 20mgs. of prednisolone nearly 8 years ago for PMR. Still unable to drop to 2mgs.
When I take the 2.5 mgs. at 1am I normally sleep right through the night but not long into the drop to 2mgs I start waking around 5am with neck, bilateral
shoulder
pain
and tingling cramp like pain down both my arms, wrists, hands and fingers.

Stopping Firmagon if castration resistant
The cocktail of painkillers plus Radium 223 is making me very tired at the moment. This may seem like a daft question but what is the position with continuing or stopping Firmagon when you're castration resistant? Is its purpose to control the spread of testosterone that would otherwise make the cancer

Hi all,Just wondering if any of you have our are suffering with hip pain? In the last 3 days I've had pain in my hips, first day it was both, second day it was 1 and felt like it was easing up, then today it is still 1 hip, but got worse. It feels like I've just had a BM biopsy, and no pain killers

back pain
I also have periodic
pain
in my upper back under my
shoulder
blade. I had my gallbladder removed 15 years ago hoping this would help but I still suffer. I am always full of wind with constant loud gurgling in my abdomen. I was wondering if the two could be related in any way.

Pessary
I recently had a gellhorn pessary fitted at the hospital pessary clinic. While it’s stopped the symptoms of cystocele I now get little stinging sensations and a dull lower stomach ache. In the last few days the ache has spread to my groin areas. I’m wondering if anyone else has had these symptoms or

9 weeks post op, still pain on one side, dark shade around kidney? Also new endometrioma found 😔
So at 6 weeks I posted about pain to one side, I was finally send to SAU yesterday for bloods and an ultrasound, my back is so tender to touch and they have found a dark spot in my kidney area? They don't know what it is but sent me home with a lot of pain killers and the promise of a CT scan to take

Back pain, still no answer
I received my results from some of the blood work I had done. I’m still trying to figure out why I have such excruciating back pain. So far, I have no answer. I usually don’t get relief from the pain pills better than a 6 on the scale of 1-10. I have to wait until I get a little relief to be able to
