Iodine when hypo?
Hello I would like to take some iodine,
selenium
and molybdenum to help with my b2 and b12. But I am hypo on 50/75mcg levo with antibodies 950 (autoimmune thyroid). Just wanting to ask is it safe to take iodine in this case (just the recommended daily amount)? I find it all very confusing

Help with blood results please! (I posted last night about the possibility of taking supplements for Hypothyroidism)
I was just wondering if I could take any extra supplements, like
selenium
, zinc , magnesium to help. My sister suffers with Hyperthyroidism and isn't a fan of the medical model. She said that if I take Levo I'm not addressing the root cause of my hypothyroidism. I'm slightly confused.

Bloods poor conversion & Levo
I have been taking
selenium
for the past 5 weeks. All other supplements remain the same. I am a poor converter, previously taken NDT, came off this in February 2020 as NHS endo refused to see me on this medication.

Extreme Muscle Soreness DOMS and Stiffness after Lifting Weights or doing Stairs or Pull-ups or Hill Sprints.
I've taken L-cartinine (both types),
selenium
, vit-D, magnesium, etc.....nothing helps with the muscle soreness/stiffness. I take 75 mcg of Liothyronine (T3) daily. I don't take any T4 since 7 months ago.

I have new thyroid results - not quite sure how to proceed
Just for info - in between the Spring and December tests I had done several things incl. good quality supplements (
selenium
, zinc, Vit D, B12, magnesium, K2, ashwagandha, schizandra etc.) plus a gluten free diet just to see what, if anything, would happen.

Getting off levo is possible. My experience.
The solution for me was a drastic reduction of energy expenditure, significantly increasing rest and sleep and reducing stress as much as possible, taking in adequate iodine and
selenium
as well as adjusting a pretty significant iron defficiency (lost blood in two births two and a half years apart, and

Been to hormone specialist...not sure what to think?!
Labs after four months on 200 mcg daily: TSH 0.05 FT4 18.5 FT3 4.2 I had by then read about the importance of having optimal vitamin and minerals levels, so ordered private labs that confirmed several deficiencies: low vit A, B12, D, E and K, magnesium, zinc,
selenium
and ferritin/iron.

VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS AND BLOOD TESTING
When should I stop taking supplements for vitamin d,
selenium
, zinc, magnesium and B12. I’ve been diagnosed with Graves and have the antibodies. I’m looking to get the most accurate vitamin levels. Do you stop taking vitamins or just continue as normal?
