I've always liked Cytoplan, a nice small tablet with no unpleasant odour like a lot of selenium supplements have.

Second recommendation for Cytoplan. Easy to take, not expensive and often on 3 for 2!

I also take cytoplan supplements but I can also highly recommend Viridian Selenium 200ug capsules x

I've never found a suitable corn etc-free Selenium on its own that I can tolerate. I use ARG Multi -Vi-Min and Kirkman's Detox-Aid which both have some selenium and suit me, and I top up with brazil nuts.

Thanks all. I’ve ordered cytoplan which are 100. I’m pretty sure my holland and Barrett ones decades ago were 200. Any thoughts on dose? X
