MEDICHECKS TEST KIT ARRIVED - which supps do I need to give up before testing and for how long?
Hi Everyone. This is my first private test and I really need to make this test count and get results which are as accurate as possible from it. I would be very grateful if members would have a look at the supps I am taking and advise which ones I need to stop before doing the test and for how long.

Blue Horizons Genetic Test Results.... Can anyone help explain what this means for me?
I’m just wondering if this suggests I should try T4/T3 combo - would these results be worth discussing with an Endo? Also I have Mirena Coil and Oestrogen patch....maybe ditch the patch? I know I don’t handle stress well and believe prolonged stress caused my Hashimotos... The TSHR - is odd as I am Hypothyroid

Thyroid ultra vit check results - I would be so grateful of any help or advice
I am really hoping that someone can help me and advise me as I am very unwell more than I am well-ish. I do understand that sufferers of Hashimotos will never feel as well as they used to, but my life is so dominated by symptoms that make leading a normal life impossible. I have had an all too common

Can you have PA, inability for cells to access b12 if ok active b12 levels.
I have hypothyroid, Hashimoto’s, fibromyalgia and insulin-dependent diabetes and for last 15 months worked my way thru lots of protocols to try to get rid of excessive exhaustion and all over pain and weakness, and some mental deterioration...eg improving FT3, ferritin, folate, vits D and B12, plus magnesium

A uric acid mess - would really welcome your opinion
Hi Guys, I've been advised by my endo to eat a diet rich in proteins (organ meat, etc) as, besides underactive thyroid, I also had anemia. This didn't always work, so I had some iron infusions which seemed to work. I stopped following protein rich diet and included carbs but when I needed to lose a few

Hashimoto’s/Hypothyroidism & No Meds
Is anyone having any success without prescription medication? I’m in the US and all my doctor will prescribe is either Armour Thyroid or Levothyroxine. I have found I can’t take either one. On Armour my blood pressure is sky high/heart palpitations/racing on lowest dose, blood test numbers are all over

I have not checked TPO for a long time - will do so over the next few

Pain in Ball of Foot
I am suffering from pain in the balls of my feet when walking etc. Ok mostly when resting, bad when walking. Google suggests metatarsalgia. If anyone has any experience of how to relieve symptoms I would be grateful. Online suggestions say rest and manage weight - I wish! Should add bloods were good
