Advice on further tratment
Hi everyone, Hope you are all as well as can be. Am after some advice regarding future treatment for my endo. I’ve recently come off Prostap (Lupron) as the side effects were horrific. I was on it two years ago with little problem - hot flashes and fatigue - and all my pain disappeared. It really did

Hi there I’m new to this community but I was hoping some of you may have experiences you could share. So, I’m 33, diagnosed Endo, dealing with it since I was 13, had 7 ops (so far), currently need more surgery even though last op was 5 weeks ago. Anyway, I’ve been asking for a hysterectomy for a long

Update on Prostap
So today I started having heavy bleeding and painful cramps again - it has been 6 days since I had the prostap injection. No pain killers are working and I’m back in bed feeling just hopeless. Has anybody else experienced this on prostap??

Prostap Hell
Hi I recently chose to have the prostap injection after years of living with endo and a failed operation to try and resolve my pain. How long for Prostap to wear off??
Hey everyone, I am currently well into my second month of Prostap and feel dreadful! Although I am dreading periods returning (only not had one since injections) I can not carry on with these side effects and really don’t want to go down the road of HRT. I have decided to not carry on with them. Does

Pregnant on Prostap
Help! I have just found out I am 9 weeks pregnant. This must have happened right after my lap and before my first Prostap injection. I’ve had 2 injections before the bfp! I’ve read that Prostap can cause deformities with the baby and I am fraught with worry. Does anyone have any experience good/bad

I’d tried suppositories and laxatives from doc but nope and it was all put down to constipation during pregnancy. I thought I was having contractions and went to hospital to be

So I’m white English and my partner is mixed race Jamaican / German. He has trait with crisis. They say if one parent has it then the chance is slim to nothing for a child to have it. His mum had nothing while his dad has trait. Tomorrow I am having a C-section as our baby is breech. I fear our child

Pain on Prostap?
So I’ve been on Prostap injections for 3 months now and whilst my pain has improved drastically (probably 70% better) I still have some pain, is this normal?

Anyone diagnosed with a haematosalpinx?
Hi, I’ve had endo for for 25 years and seem to have found a treatment/lifestyle that I’m happy with. To cut a very long story short, I was on Prostap for 2 years (previously on and off on Zoladex for two years). 6 months ago I started to get mild period-type symptoms, so my Dr agreed to put me back on

Advice on results and what to do next?
Hi everyone, I posted here months ago about some private medichecks results and symptoms of hypothyroidism I had and a few of you kindly advised me regarding vitamins to be tested and exploring secondary/central hypo. I've done several tests both privately and through my GP over the last few months and

14 weeks +1 Pregnant, self-injecting clexane and taking aspirin.
Hi, I’ve been taking aspirin and self-injecting 80mg of Clexane daily due to high maternal BMI. I had to previously inject clexane for 2 weeks after a c-section and had some slight bruising but nothing like I’m having at the moment. This is after only a week. I’m attaching a picture of what the bruises

Prostap: Hair Loss & Anger With Doctors
This has to be a two for one post full of frustration! Frustration at myself for not sticking to my guns and super frustration at the doctors for not giving me this warning and messing with my very existence. For years I have refused prostap injections and the main reason being I didn't want to play

Waiting Game
I saw my gynae today and told him the 3 injections of prostap had stopped the monthly pains from adenomyosis. I signed the paperwork for a hysterectomy and I’m having a total hysterectomy via key hole but may have to be opened up due to me having fibroids and a large uterus. I asked to go on HRT and

HRT and Prostap- advice please
I’m 38 with stage 3/4 endo with cysts and fibroids- had laparaoscopy and hysteroscopy on Jan 31st and consultant says everything was successfully removed. However... the pain didn’t improve after my op so after 5 months on cerazette the consultant prescribed 4 months of Prostap monthly injections.
