Does anyone know of a fish oil that is soy free? There are some on the internet but for some reason they are from the USA but do not shipped to the UK.

Right combination of supplements
I have experienced that the combination of different herbs and supplements can backfire if not taken rightly. But the right combination is a tricky matter and is different for different persons. Soap
Hi gang. It’s been a little while since I made a post. This post isn’t related to soap operas/dramas like Coronation street or anything :). This particular post is about Primal Suds soap and how excellent they are. First of all, they come in small, recyclable box... no plastic to add to the already clogged

Brain tumor worries...again
I have a lot of Deja Vu moments when I am stressed out. When I get stressed I get weird Deja Vu moments or even just in life I get them even if I am not stressed. They scare me because I read that deja vu could be a sign of epilepsy as well as brain cancer. I tend to zone out sometimes, not like when

Latest results !?!?
I have had a couple of Blue Horizon tests. Thought I’d try a medi checks test and pay for RT3. Interesting. Although for some reason they don’t think I have Hashimoto’s which makes me doubt ALL of their results because every other test says I have ! I would be grateful for comments. I am having another

Runner's Tummy :(
Does anyone else get tummy pain after a run? I've had it on and off for 2 weeks now. I thought it was a bug but I've been reading about runners who have tummy problems. Any advice? I normally eat 1small avocado about 30mins before a run and have a cup of tea plus half a pint of water with a fizzy

I think I am losing it...
I think I’m losing my mind...there is so much fuzziness in my head right now. I’m having really bad anxiety right now. I went to the doctor with my friend yesterday (like her anxiety medicine doctor) and I had gone to her once before she moved locations. But I saw one of her colleagues in her doctors

Ascites due to liver damage
Hi my name is Michael. When I was 17 I had drug induced liver failure due to tsking a diet supplement hydroxycut. The doctors compared my liver to the twin towers and hydroxycut being the planes that crashed into them, it was bad. I was young and ended up recovering, 5 years later while taking another

Antioxidants - Pro-oxidants.
It's common to reconsider diet following a cancer diagnosis. Perhaps give up foods touted as pro-cancer & load up on those thought to be protective. As though what we should have been eating before, is what we should be eating henceforth. But what if the cancer likes the new diet? It's widely accepted

Serrapeptase & Wobenzym N - amazing results!
I wanted to share a little bit of good news with you all. Started taking serrapeptase at the beginning of December in the hope that if I had any tubal blockages, scar tissue from my ectopic or fibroid removals, etc that it would help to reduce this & maybe unblock my tubes if there was a problem (the

The Good and Bad
Bit of a long post... My dad has had Parkinsons for several years now, started with a left hand tremor which has progressed to slow movement, some shuffling (though not as bad as some), and stiffness. The neurologist has had him on Pramipexole, Rasagaline, and Kemadrin for the last few years. Unfortunately

Mistakes vegans make
There are several common mistakes vegans, often new vegans make. They stick with transition foods as if they are healthy for the long term. Oreo's are vegan but over consumption is very far from ideal. They are perhaps close to the top of the processed food pyramid. A good vegan diet, in my opinion

Head cuts not healing, tips?
A minor irritation I know but I have a cut on my scalp that clots but will not heal up. Every time I accidentally knock the scab it bleeds again. Tried paraffin based cream, emollient cream (contains almond oil and lanolin). Also tea tree oil. Also taking folic acid, no joy. As I say minor irritation
