I thought that if we could do that, we could then look at laser treatments to treat her acne

. Unfortunately her skin is affecting her confidence. Thanks

I am due to have a nodule removed from my thumb next month under local anaesthetic. Does anyone know if I have to stop my idacio jab and if so for how long before and after? I am having trouble contacting my advise team!

Endometriosis and other auto-immune conditions in women: the brain-uterus axis
There is a high frequency of posts that mention endometriosis here, so I am posting this article for all those people affected. The author posits a “brain-uterus axis” as a hypothesis that can explain why women suffer much more from auto-immune conditions than men do: https://amp.theguardian.com/society

All I need to do is look at the
scars
on my mother's neck or the huge pieceof thigh cut out for skin drafts for tissue replacement for her burns as a young nurse. Yes, I will not discount others' pain and difficulties, BUT, this is about YOU, ME how we feel. We try every day, for life.

At absolute rock bottom
Had a car accident which left visible
scars
on my face when I was 12 years old, and still somehow reeling with it, since I got bullied and made fun of, for a few years post that. I'm an Indian, and the recession has left a large chunk of the youth jobless.

I need some advice..
I had adhesive
scars
that had fused my lower abdomen organs together and to my spine, that was separated as far as I'm aware. Recently 4 years later, there's been things I've ignored thinking maybe it's because of scar tissue or something else. But I've had a burning pain in my hip and up my back.

Why the rush to have an ablation?
If medication works for most people, why should you undergo this procedure that actually
scars
and deadens areas of your heart.

Nothing was broken, just some light bruising and more
scars
on my battered knees. This ms thing has to leave its mark. It happens to all of us I guess, I know better, but we all make mistakes, sometimes. How are YOU? Well and coping I hope, be still and relax.

Intestinal cramps
Does anyone have what feels like intestinal cramps? When this happens it feels like my whole abdomen is painful then all of a sudden eases after a bowel movement but is loose when I go. Its a very short lived pain. I do have adhesions attaching colon to uterus so not sure if this is the reason for this

Pride and discrimination, but love wins
Hi all, Cannot believe I'm saying this, when it is Pride Bristol this weekend. Pride is not my thing, as Festival type events are too "peoply" for me. I'd rather have some quiet time. But Pride is important. It celebrates life and diversity. And yes, don't we need it? We passed up on it. Not because

I struggle with my appearance as I had to have my very long hair cut to almost nothing due to the severe matting and
scars
all over my neck from Tracy/ tesio line / other central lines. Overall I am ok, back to about 50% of normal just hoping everything gets there in the end
