My Dear ms family I hurt, Yesterday's fall still hurts. Nothing was broken, just some light bruising and more scars on my battered knees. This ms thing has to leave its mark. It happens to all of us I guess, I know better, but we all make mistakes, sometimes.
How are YOU?
Well and coping I hope, be still and relax. It may not be better, but YOU will learn to adapt to it. Give yourself some time. This is an annoying disease but it IS a DOABLE disease and YOU of all people can do it.
It will come, just give it time and take your, Disease-Modifying Therapy, (DMT)
YOU will do this.

Such good advice - take your time. I’ve got many broken bones, all since revealed. I have learned to slow down and pay attention to surroundings. (Or maybe that’s old age…my ms specialist has frequently told me that I’ve been hit with a double whammy - old age and MS.). To which I retort that I’ve at least survived MS long enough to reach old age 🤣. Hang in their and enjoy your leisure
I'm really sorry you had an unfortunate fall.. glad nothing was seriously damaged.. I have many scars on the knees and my pride.. heal fast and keep your chin up!
