Endo, adeno & c-section

Hi, I’m wondering if anyone has any advice on what to expect regarding having a C-section with endo & adeno? This is my first pregnancy, I’m nearly 34 weeks and due to having placenta previa I have been told I will need a C-section. I am quite anxious about it & just wondering if anyone else has been through it, and what recovery was like. Did it make your endo and/or adeno worse after?

Hi, thank you for your message. The C-section was actually fine. I found it pretty sore after & recovery was slow, took me about 5-6 weeks to feel like I was back to normal. In terms of the endo & adeno, I haven’t really noticed any difference. My period only returned in Jan but it hasn’t been any more painful than before, so will just see how things turn out x

Mine is a elective c section I’m terrified of giving birth , but had 2 very extensive major surgery’s so consultant doesn’t advise ,

I know I will need more endo surgery in the future too unfortunately as pain wise nothing has helped at all .
