Article in today's Telegraph re Covid vaccines do not work on the immunosuppressed
I have received both my vaccinations and am due for a further
rituximab
treatment in three weeks. This was not suggested to me and I have not been tested for antibodies.

Starting Azathioprine
In previous years I've taken mycophenolate morfetil and
rituximab
. My last
rituximab
was around two months ago. My doctor has advised me to take 50mg for the first two weeks, 75mg for the following two weeks and then increase that dosage to 100mg.

Rituximab and statins - a good combo?
So, back to
Rituximab
...is anybody on both
Rituximab
and statins? Which statin are you on? I also have the Metoject (20mg) and take sulfasalazine. They're my main ones...along with a concoction of other meds: omeprazole, vitamin D3, folic acid, calceous, ferrous sulphate and etoricoxib.

Please help........new patient
Have tried Prednisone, IVIG, Dexamethasone Revolade and now
Rituximab
. My platelets have always been 100-137 prior to Dec. I had a very bad bladder infection and platelets dropped to 1 and have not recovered. I have had no episodes of bleeding. Could I have been misdiagnosed?

MRD blood tests post FCR
As I was part of the Flair trial here in the UK, I see the trial team every six months for monitoring. Today, for the first time the consultant said they are doing MRD blood testing to check if there are any miniscule amounts of CLL. I had FCR in 2018. Telephone consultation in 4-6 weeks when results

How quickly can you relapse after rituximab
Hi on
rituximab
for anca vasculitis. Was told two weeks ago that I was in remission. My breathing is now awful and wheezy and coughing up green gunk. Is it possible to relapse so quickly. It was the 18th march I had my last infusion.

Rituximab experiences?
I was just wondering if anyone who has been on or is on
Rituximab
could share their experiences good and bad? I'm wanting to weigh up the potential risks against the potential benefits, so any information would be really helpful. Thanks x

Pregnancy
I also have
rituximab
every 7 months. I'd love to have a baby but my doctor told me my function could go down alot. Anyone had a healthy pregnancy without losing too much of their kidney function?

Long-Term Data Showcase the Clinical Utility of Fixed-Duration Venetoclax/Obinutuzumab in Treatment-Naïve CLL
We also know that some intensive chemoimmunotherapies increase the risk of specific malignancies, such as secondary acute myeloid leukemia after an FCR [fludarabine, cyclophosphamide, and
rituximab
(Rituxan)] treatment, so we have a particular focus of looking at secondary malignancies.

I have had ITP for 5 months and no medications have helped....Prednisone, Dexamethasone (very temporary) Revolade and Rituximab. IVIG ???
Has anyone here been having IVIG infusions on a regular basis (perhaps every three weeks) rather than having a splenectomy?
