Hi all, having been stable for a few years, my GPA has unfortunately flared, although most of my symptoms are mild the fatigue is horrendous, I am on still on azathioprine but stopped taking prednisilone about a year ago
I am about to start rituximab infusions 4x two weekly
Can anyone advise how long after starting rituximab should I start to feel less fatigued?

Sorry, I have no knowledge of GPA stuc, which I believe is a relatively rare condition, but I just wanted to wish you well and send the hope that your drugs will kick-in soon and hep with your exhaustion! 🙏
Hi Stuc,Can't help you with GPA but I had a course of rituximab finishing 3 years ago. My CLL remains in remission and my latest tests showed all is normal.
I had no issues with fatigue before the treatment but chemo of any sort does knock you out a bit and I did have a few instances of infections but I'm fine now.
