Itch scratch itch more
Guys this itch is driving me crazy I don't know how much longer I can carry on. GI has given me Questan and Rifampicin but more meds, more side effects. Years and years I've been plagued with itch despite only being diagnosed in October last year. Any natural remedies? Though I'm sure I've tried everything

GCA Prednisone and Depression- Help?
Hi everyone At the start of last year (2018) my mom was diagnosed with GCA. Unfortunately, her GCA diagnosis came only after some ophthalmologist prescribed her steroid eye drops which she used and within a few short days she lost vision in her right eye. Needless to say, the steroids didn't stop her

New diagnosis; itching not improving
A couple weeks ago my G.I. doctor was out of town, and I was so miserable the nurse practitioner started me on
rifampin
150 mg two times a day. I took that for five days without improvement and my G.I. doc took me off of it. Just wondering if it's like this for anybody else?

Does nicotinamide/niacinamide inhibit the human Sirt1 gene and cause cell aging?
I have been taking nicotinamide/niacinamide - a 'semi' vitamin (and amide form of) niacin/B3, for a long time without the herb resveratrol, as advised by anti-aging researchers and wanted to find out if niacinamide is safe as 'monotherapy' – ie, it does not promotehuman cellular aging. Researchers note
