Follow up. Looking for answers.
Okay all. I saw the endo locally. He IS supportive of NDT and NatureThroid. Good news. He drew blood for a thyroid panel, B12, Vit A, Vit D and folate. No ferretin for some reason. Once I have those results in 3-5 days-I will post the results with the ranges. I REALLY appreciate all your responses and

Alcohol intolerance. Is alcohol dehydrogenase causing our continued issues even after b12 injections?
I posted previously in regards to having issues with being able to drink any amount of alcohol without feeling like I got run over by a truck. Several others posted they also have this issue. I've been doing some research and alcohol dehydrogenase seems to pop up in several of the articles. https

Under Active Thyroid & Supplements
Hi All, I have an under active thyroid and take 125mg of Levothyroxine per day. I also have a Hiatal Hernia and take 40mg of Pantaprazole per day. I have recently started taking supplements to help with these things, but also to help with my general health. I have been taking 2 x 2000mg of Omega-3 fish

Confused - Don't Know what's going on
I’m feeling a bit frustrated and lost at the moment. I lost a lot of

First dose of Interferon
Well, last night I had my first injection of Interferon Roferon A, which was interesting. I took it about 6pm and within an hour was very achey, which led to what can best be described asfull on flu/fever/nausea by 10pm. I took some paracetamol and by the early hours started to feel better. Today I feel

Hi Girls!!! I had my first injection last night, second one due after work today, feel absolutely fine up to now ☺️🤗 This may be a really silly question but if I am having ICSI does that mean how ever many eggs they collect they will all be fertilised? Interferon A
Looking for some advice, I was diagnosed with ET/PV in December JAK2 positive. Am awaiting my BMB results next week to clarify. I was started on Hydroxy straight away due to my platelet count but was changed to Interferon (Roferon A) after this due to my age (which I was happier with). I have been on

Quinoa and veggie stew, gluten free, lactose free, vegan, and suitable for slimmers, 🌞
Good evening folks, Continuing my theme for toady is a meal that is not only healthy but suitable for special diets. I'm a coeliac and I see my diet as a whole food one and I don't have a lot of dairy and really like coconut milk, so lots of my meals are paleo/vegan. Quinoa is a complete food as all

Izabella Wentz presents more about leaky gut with these practitioners: https://scdlifestyle.com/ The discussion was more than an hour but the portion about digestive enzymes was of interest to me as it was always difficult to choose one and I wasn't sure how helpful the ones I tried have been. Vitamin A in pregnancy
Hi. Just wondering if anyone can reassure me. I'm in my second trimester and I've been having Horlicks maybe a few times a week. I knew I wasn't supposed to have vitamin a supplements but I had no idea Horlicks contains it - I just randomly checked today. Do you think everything will be ok. Should I
