Now on Gabapentin, not sure about it.
I have had rls for over 30 years, and many years ago I was given Pramipexole. I refused to increase the dose, so my GP begrudgingly gave me Tramadol. Like the Prami it worked for a while, then stopped working. GP offered my Ropinerole, I declined, he said there was no other option. Long story short

What to do when catch the flu with SLE LUPUS?
Hey everyone, I know there are a lot of pointers in how to avoid an infection but they do happen from time to time. Just wondering if anyone has tips when they catch the flu? Anything that works well during this time? This is the second flu I have caught this year, so any tips would be deeply appreciated

Hypothyroid newbie. Horrible sinus cold/strep throat. Can’t take usual Sudafed with levothyroxine. Advice on how to feel better?
I was diagnosed in August and take 75 levothyroxine. I was supposed to have blood tests last Monday but rescheduled as taking teen to GP with strep tonsillitis. He got ten days antibiotics. For last few days I feel terrible, fever, sinus pain, blocked nose, sore throat and cough. I would usually

Ground glass opacity.
After I had pneumonia in August a scan showed a 4mm nodule with ground glass . All I can think about is cancer. I'm waiting for the results of a recent scan . What is ground glass?

Who here have the same problems with their legs?
More than 20 years ago I was awakened by the worst pain I have ever had and it’s been hell ever since then. As long as I’m standing, I’m fine. But as soon as I lay down it feels like I’m laying next to the devil. To give you an idea how intense the pain is, it will wake me up even if I’m sedated.

Restless legs or Periodic limb movement
Hi everyone , I think I have restless legs but not been diagnosed, doctor has treated it as restless legs , my legs don’t just move around they intensely kick or jerk out at force in the air , but I do have the sensation before that happens , like my leg is getting ready to fire! Which it does then builds

GP suggesting alternative to citalopram to reduce PMR pain??
My GP has just suggested that I consider changing from 20mg daily citalopram (that I’ve been taking for last 3.5 years to combat menopause symptoms) to Duloxerine because “it will help reduce some of PMR pain”. I’m confused. I know she is concerned because I’m having trouble reducing from 17-20mg

flu vaccine
I have an appointment for the flu jab early December, am now getting unsure whether to have it or not. My bronchiectasis is severe, breathing on any movement difficult. Take a dose of Nacsys every day to loosen the mucous, causes lot of coughing to bring up the mucous, but fingers crossed no infections

chronic productive cough for 2 years. Moldy house.
Any ideas on what’s going on-I’ve has a chronic productive cough for over 2 years. Clear phlyem coming from my lungs. I often cough up these little mucus balls, like gelatin kinda, and you can actually pop them with your fingers. No nasal congestion, no runny nose, no sore throat, no fever. Non smoker

PCV20 pneumonia vaccination: Not yet injected by pharmacists.
Both my primary and my CLL medical providers had agreed that I could get the new PCV20 pneumonia vaccination. But I was just informed by the pharmacy supervisor of supermarkets in Florida, that supermarket pharmacists may not yet inject PCV20, - but with a prescription a bottle of PCV20 may be dispensed

Gabapentin for RLS
I was diagnosed with RLS around three weeks ago and have now been prescribed Gabapentin by my GP having rejected his initial prescription of Ropinirole. My RLS symptoms were initially very severe at night but I was generally symptom free during the day. This has now altered and I am now experiencing

How long before improvement should be felt?
I’ve been on 100mcg and 75mcg Levo on alternate days, together with a total of 15mcg t3 that I split into 3 doses. Since the cold weather appeared, I’ve been feeling the cold and my hands are cold. Also more lethargic. GP has told me to take 100mcg Levo every day. My question is how long before I should
